PIRA conducts research on numerous water leakage dispute cases accepted nationwide and observes the construction process during on-site inspections of projects. It has identified that different construction methods and the authenticity of materials significantly impact the final quality of the entire building. Through continuous site checks and guidance, along with its role in judging architectural awards, the association emphasizes that even a visually impressive building's internal waterproofing must be well-executed. Otherwise, high-quality materials can be compromised by water infiltration, leading to damage and premature aging. No matter how aesthetically pleasing a building appears, without a solid foundation, it's not advisable to make a purchase.
